How is a fitness studio different than a gym?
  • A fitness studio is specialized and more focused. Your entire workout is planned for you even before you arrive. Regardless of your choice of service, a trainer will be with you at all times. There will always be follow up sessions with a trainer, follow up measurements on the InBody machine and continuous support from our team.
  • A gym is just a space with equipment to use on your own. You must pay for any additional services such as personal training, InBody measurements or even fitness consultations.
What kind of services do you offer?

We offer specialized group classes, personal training and nutrition.

Can I workout alone?

It is not part of Jay Fitness policy to workout on your own. You must be enrolled in one of our programs to guarantee injury free results.

Why don't you have a lot of bulky equipment?

The available equipment is more than enough to guarantee results. Our training techniques do not focus on using big bulky gym equipments. We focus on using tools that will help you in your everyday life and help you achieve your results.

I'm not sure which program is right for me. How can I choose?

It’s simple. Simply fill out the contact us form or reach out to us. We will book you a free consultation with a trainer where she will guide you. You can also try a free class!

Are your programs suitable for all ages?

Of course! We always work and guide our clients from the begininng. It does’t matter if you are new to fitness or a pro athelete. There’s always a place for you at Jay Fitness!

Do you offer childcare?

We have a children waiting area, but the child must be accompanied by someone. It’s free of charge and on a first come first serve basis.

What if I have an injury?

Every exercise is modifiable to work around injuries. Please inform your coach at the beginning of each session and we’ll modify accordingly.
